Hi, my name is Isabel van de Stadt and I’m a graphic designer experimenting within a wide range of mediums and materials—including ceramics, photography, moving image and bookmaking. I like to work with a hands-on approach and an open mind. My work reflects my curiosity for themes like craftsmanship, physics, perception, and form. Currently I’m in my fourth year of the bachelor Graphic Design at ArtEZ Arnhem.

Feel free to contact me if you have questions or want to say hello! I’m open for commisions and collaborations.

Blind Willow, Sleeping Woman
Book, 2025

Together with Chun-Fang Tsay and Adriada Florescu, I redesigned the book Blind Willow, Sleeping Woman, which is a collection of 24 short stories written by Haruki Murakami. In these subtly surreal stories, Murakami weaves magical elements into the mundane. For the design and form of the book, we focussed on this principle that alienates the familiar.
